Caveman’s Health Tips
Outlined below are my keys to being a successful athlete. While they are geared towards the competitive athlete, they are also keystones to a healthy life in general and you need not be a serious athlete to benefit from them. Some material is based on scientific fact and where I’m able to (and not lazy enough) I try to provide reference. A lot of it is based on personal and anecdotal evidence. What I’m basically saying is, take it with a grain of salt, as you should most everybody’s advice/opinions until you find it yourself to be true. Enjoy, and good luck!
